I was having a bit of a crisis when my fuel cover of my car wouldn't pop open and I was running low on petrol. I decided to pop into Halfords to see if anyone could come to my rescue. Steven, who was working today (31st July 2025) was more than happy to have a look. This wonderful man took the time to help me and managed to get the cover open! He is amazing and it was no bother to him at all. He has no idea how much I appreciated this, especially today, because he didn't need to help me. He done it out of kindness, and it was probably nothing to him, but it really meant the world to me. Thank you so much, Steven!

Booked an air-conditioning check and we were served by Johnny at Halfords Dunfermline. He was extremely helpful explained what was needed and we topped up with air which only took 10 minutes. Thank you for quick and efficient job and I will recommend Halfords to my friends

I needed a new battery for my car. I went instore and was seen to straight away by a very professional and helpful member of staff. He fitted the battery to my car straight away. What a great service you provide ? keep up the good work ? very happy customer ?

Why have an allocated time for fitting items to be told to come back later. I only returned because I had paid in advance. Otherwise I would have gone elsewhere and gave others my custom.Poor service.

Brilliant service at Halfords today. Dom found me better, brighter lights and fitted them for me on the spot. He also recommended the Motoring Club which saved me money and got me a free car check whilst I was there which left me confident for my very long drive tomorrow. Sorry I didn?t catch the girl?s name that helped me also but thanks anyway. Very knowledgeable ??
