Went into store today. Was not happy with the statev. Dirty, tables laying at different angles. Young lady served me, face was like thunder not a please or a thank-you coffee was slammed down on counter. Only words she muttered was how much. Customer service was non existent. Bad service from a good company, let you down

Young guy serving has no idea about customer service. No welcome, no smile. Asked for a bag which was dumped on the counter. Asked for a receipt. There was one in the till. I asked if that was mine. He replied yes and water away. I tried to remove it when another server came up to help. She didn't think that was my receipt and removed it, then asked what I had. Meanwhile the original server had moved on to do something else. Even when the second server asked him. about my receipt. He ignored her.Maybe some customer service training needed. Won't shop there again.

What's not to like. Almost doesn't matter that staff are so rude and clearly unhappy in their jobs. Foods great though. Go in, order, don't expect a smile, please or a thank you, get your food/drinks and go.
