I work in Greggs so I know what to expect. I just popped in for coffee. I didn't eat but the breakfast was all available, totally well kept and the cake counter was full and looked great. It was well staffed, well merchandised, spotless and nicely laid out. I would return.

Staff here are outstanding. The only Greggs that still do mexican chicken oval bite in Dunfermline everywhere else it's the flatbread version. Good selection of hot and cold foods and drinks.

Was in here today and the staff where shocking just giving one team member dirty looks all the time felt sorry for her and this happens this day and age this company is disgusting for allowing this to happen

Food good as ever but the staff were grumpy and basically refused to clean the table. All of which looked like they haven't been cleaned all day! Disgusting and surely isn't up to health standards as a eat in place. Will not return to this store again!!
