Ordered fish supper, should have got 2 fish only got 1.
Also Ordered a sausage supper should have got 2 sausage. Only got 1 and it was smoked. I hate smoked.
We have always come here for here for food, but this has been the worst we have ever been delivered.

Always use here but Saturday delivery at 9.25 chips not fresh an pizza under done for the price not acceptable so disappointed .

Food is unbelievable! Never had a single issue and living in the centre of Dunfermline gives me so many takeaway options but I?ll still choose Gennaros every time! I usually get delivery which is always fast but on the few occasions I?ve been in to get food the staff have been lovely! I will always highly recommend here!

Chips:Lets start with the fundamentals - chips! 9 out of 10. They are typically very good and even when you have to wait for a fresh batch you wont wait long. Drop one point because in the last few years there has been one occasion where they weren't nice. That doesn't make it a bad chippy, in fact other chippy's are much worse in this regard. So, good chips and will continue to visit!Customary Items:Battered Sausages are delicious, fish good but sometimes a little greasy, but the haggis absolutely superb, and as it should be in any Scottish chippy. Haggis is another benchmark by which I judge chippy's and this is a winner.Exotic Items:Many different items from around the world: pizzas; pakoras; spring rolls; and kebabs. Only tried the Donner so far and its been on point, fantastic, even better than most kebabs I've had in Turkey. Nice large sized portion with a fresh pitta and comes with big salad together with a tub of chilli sauce and a tub of some weird white goo too, but normal people can swap that white goo out for two chilli sauces.Operations:Honestly, when I walked in I felt like a Formula 1 racer arriving into the pits at the Qatar GP. There are 5, 6, 10, maybe 20 people in there, i don't know its hard to tell because they are all running around at lightning speed similar to a McLaren pit crew getting my order ready and on my way. Whoever organises this team of experts needs to be thinking about a career change into motorsport racing or perhaps the Conductor of the Los Angeles Philharmonic because its phenomenal to watch such operational efficiency.Staff:Always super friendly and happy to see you. As said above their professionalism and efficiency is top class. They could easily be working in the upper levels of the service industry, even Michelin star establishments.Recommendations:I don't visit regularly but what would encourage me to visit more....? How about some special offers to the close neighbours who could support you the most. Arthur St, some of Townhill Rd and Robertson Rd too. An offer only for the local neighbours... maybe on one of your quieter nights of the week that encourages us to visit with our ID's to prove local residency and spend our hard earned cash? Everyone wins in this regard, you get more business and locals are happy too. I would definitely try more of your offerings if that was the case. Remember where you heard this idea first!
