I went with a chronic back and leg pain, and was diagnosed with a bulging disc. 48 hours after the first visit, the difference was huge, and the pain had begun to disappear. After three sessions, my back feels better than ever and I have a plan on what I need to do to help keep it that way. Thank you!

I contacted Fife Physio Centre for help with multiple injuries following a road accident. I was in a lot of pain and had tried alternative Physio which hadn't helped. I read the great reviews and contacted Abdur who fitted me in for an initial assessment within a few days. I was delighted that after a thorough consultation, treatment started the same session. I have been going twice weekly and received a range of treatments depending on each injury, including electrical muscle stimulation and ultrasound therapy with deep tissue manipulation. Abdur has been fantastic, providing a warm professional welcome every time. As a fellow health care provider, I would definitely recommend Abdur to any of my family, friends or colleagues.

Hi there, I have used Abdur's physiotherapy services on my hip in the past, . My recent experience was my upper, right thigh, which I suffered from muscle spasms. Abdur solved the pain, in two sessions. I will go to see Abdur in the future if I have any need a physiotherapist.

First time ever using a Phsyiotherapist for a very painful shoulder that was not getting better. Abdur had me fixed within two sessions and also a secondary issue of neck pain that I was dealing with for the last 5 years. It has felt amazing to wake up with no pain, this man has healing hands and the knowledge to help others.
He will be my first choice if I ever have issues again and will be recommended to anyone who asks.

Injured my shoulder and Abdur was able to see and treat me quickly. His knowledge and treatment were first class. After his treatment my pain reduced significantly and full flexibility returned within a couple of days. Highly recommend.

Abdur has literally saved my life several times! I am a professional dancer and very often suffer from athletic injuries. He has helped me so much regardless the severity of my injury every time. In occasions I was not even able to sleep due to a nerve spasm I had to my back. In three visits and his magic pillow, I felt like new! He is great in every aspect, and I would never trust any one else. I tried some others around Edinburgh -no one is compared to him!
