My caravan's second annual service was carried out yesterday by Gavin of Fife Caravan Services. the whole exercise was carried out from booking the visit to updates during the process in a friendly professional manner and I am absolutely delighted with the work Gavin carried out. My experience yesterday was so different to the first service carried out by the supplying dealer. Gavin is an extremely knowledgeable engineer and his workmanship is of the highest order. He kept me informed regarding his arrival time and arrived when he said he would after travelling 50-60 miles to my storage site. Prior to completion he contacted me and gave me a comprehensive report on the work carried out. My caravan was handed back in the same condition as it was in prior to the service. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Gavin and Fife Caravan Services they are a joy to deal with, and I was so pleased i booked next years service with Gavin on the spot. Gavin serviced our caravan recently and did a brilliant job. He gave us some great advice on some small items needing sorted, he provided a quote for a bigger job which we felt was a good price for part and fitting and this was completed very professionally and quickly. He answered any queries we sent on messenger very quickly too, so we always knew what was happening. Will definitely use Gavin again and have recommended his services to our friends??
