Fabric has been present on Dunfermline food and cocktail scene for years, and It had its ups and downs. (I stopped coming to Fabric for a while, due to staffing issues)It?s fantastic that the owners decided to hire experienced front of the house staff. As a former hospitality manager can?t speak highly enough about Mari. She really knows what she?s doing and stays in control all the time while making customers feel at ease.I definitely will be visiting more often from now on.

Had a lovely time with my friend the other week for some dinner and mocktails. We were served by Mari who was really friendly and made us feel really comfortable. Food and drinks were great, really appreciate having the choice of something different to eat in the city.The only reason I've marked the atmosphere down is due to it being pretty chilly and it was really quiet when we were in. (This was a Thursday so can understand maybe not much people are about).Overall great though and will definitely be back!

Food cold, service slow ended up leaving with £23 bill for meal deal of £45 and totally disappointed. Don?t go, 2 hours waiting, tasteless food and slow service.
