We have been approached by a lovely young lady called Skye. We explained what we wanted, and she was very accommodating, willing, and brilliant with customer service skills. She really made you feel at ease with choosing your product, and there was no rushing you for a decision, as you had to be 100% happy in what you chose. We did decide to go for the wedding ring in the end. Thank you, Skye

I came to the Dunfermline store as a stone had come out of my vera wang ring that I had purchased online in October. Alison was so helpful in organising a repair. She called me when it was ready, sending it to my home as I live further away. It arrived today and I am over the moon with the ring. The replacement sapphire matches perfectly. Thank you!

I went into the store to choose a piece of timeless jewellery to mark my birthday. Nicola was very welcoming and warming. She knew instantly what my style was and took out pieces for me to view. It ended up being the first one she showed me . However as it was piece that I wanted to have meaning behind and something to cherish , I decided to keep shopping around as they didn?t have one in store in my size . Nicola was incredibly patient and wasn?t pushy in anyway and said she will call around other stores to see if there was one available. Eventually she found one that could be resized for me and kept it to one side whilst I made my mind up and whilst I looked at other stores . During the whole process it took me a couple of weeks to be comfortable with my decision. The whole experience was a wonderful one, Nicola was excited as I was to find a ring that suited me and kept me up to date on finding a ring for me and I felt my needs were really met with a friendly, experienced manner and beautifully packaged up for collection. From start to end, Nicola was wonderful . Highly recommend and I will return!

I purchased an engagement ring and both of our wedding rings from Ernest Jones. Every time we were served by Alison, where Alison went above and beyond on each visit.
The quality of service provided was second to none and we will go nowhere else for any future jewellery purchases. I also found Ernest Jones were competitively priced with a larger selection than most which made the purchase of the rings much easier (especially the engagement ring as I was flying solo!)
Talking of the engagement ring, as a non jewellery wearer I simply had no idea what I was looking for. I went in and spoke to Alison and described my fiancée, what she liked, didn?t like etc and Alison brought over a couple of rings and the first ring was 100% the correct one, the one which I ended up buying. I even went as far as describing her finger size and Alison picked a size which would most likely fit my description, which again turned out to be 100% correct.
Thank you again to Alison and all at Ernest Jones?if only the wedding planning was as stress free!

Terrible service from a woman who dropped the ring that I was ordering and shouted out as I walked out ?excuse me did you take the ring? for all passers by to hear,I felt so humiliated! turns out that she dropped it on the floor herself,just because I?m a certain skin colour doesn?t mean that I?m a thief!.
