We have been approached by a lovely young lady called Skye. We explained what we wanted, and she was very accommodating, willing, and brilliant with customer service skills. I came to the Dunfermline store as a stone had come out of my vera wang ring that I had purchased online in October. Alison was so helpful in organising a repair.
