We stayed in a 6 bed home in Solterra and it was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. We enjoyed the resort pool & lazy river. Everything was close by and we enjoyed shopping at Publix

We rented a house from Ellis Exclusive Villas in Davenport, a city close to Orlanda (20 minutes from Disney) for my family of 6 adults and a baby and everything was incredible. The house was large, well decorated and each couple had their own bathroom and privacy. The safe and beautiful neighborhood made our vacation even more special.

We took our entire family to Disney and rented this beautiful home. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The media room was a wonderful space along with the game room for the kids. The heated pool and hot tub made the home perfect. The home owner made this home with all the essentials you we needed in the kitchen area. We?re planning on making this a yearly vacation for our family and we will be back. Thank you Lisa..... God Bless......

This home was a great place for our family to unwind after a long day or night at AAU Volleyball Nationals. The only reason that it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that traffic can extend your trip to Orlando to 45 minutes to 1 hour. This is by no means a reflection of the property itself, just make sure to add in some extra travel time due to traffic in the area. The home was clean, and the one small issue we had (gas grill not delivered) was taken care of immediately by the property owner. Lisa was great to work with and we had no issues with our stay.

This was our first experience booking through VRBO and we lucked out with Ellis Exclusive Villas! What a great property management company to deal with right from the start!I searched through VRBO, found a house we were interested in and sent a message to which Lisa responded quickly. Once we had ironed out the details, I booked....and then due to flight issues, had to change our dates within a couple of weeks and Lisa was on top of it for me! A couple of months before the actual trip, I also had a call from Lisa which I considered to be a great personal touch. We discussed the upcoming vacation and she answered any questions I had.Before my trip, I received and e-mail advising of check in information and more details. The way they were on top of all the information I needed was amazing! During our stay, we had opportunity to call the local manager, Martha, with a little issue we discovered and Martha as well was a joy to work with. She was immediately addressed our concerns and it was remediated in good time when she had all the details from us.We appreciated our experience so much that we just let Ellis Exclusive look for and provide recommendations for available houses for our next vacation and I had reserved it before I came home from this one!You can't go wrong dealing with Ellis Exclusive Villas in my experience. I can hardly wait for the next trip!

I absolutely love their properties. The quality of the homes are great and the locations are perfect. I rent with them 2 to 3 times a year with them and they have not let me down yet. This past trip made Thanksgiving an amazing time and location for family to be together in the same home. I highly recommend any and all properties.

Excellent Home, away from home! Everything is brand new, Lisa and the whole team are very nice to deal with and very helpful! I will certainly come back! In fact, I alrady have a new booking with them for the same Villa this year! Thank you very much! The pool is very enjoyable, as well as the spacious rooms and toillets. It's a place to relax!
