Fantastic service by Shaz. I had bought 2 phones from another store and there was an issue. Shaz was so pleasant. Nothing was a bother. He resolved the issue which took some time and went beyond the call of duty, staying behind 30 minutes after the store closed. He was so pleasant and so helpful. Can't recommend highly enough. The other members of staff also seemed so lovely, friendly and helpful. Outstanding service!!!

I don?t normally leave reviews but wanted to say thanks to Shaz and Ahmed who helped me the other day in store. They were very patient and worked out a problem I?d had with my phone for a long time and also didn?t make me feel stupid about it! Very helpful and patient staff.

Been with EE forever. Always happy with them. Went into the shop in Dunfermline today for an upgraded for my wife. Staff where fantastic. So helpful. Kayleigh guided us onto a new I phone. Very happy, will keep coming back.
