I had a couple of devices that I need fixed, a laptop and an iPhone. Kev answered my initial enquiry quickly, was clear in his communication and got me in to see him the same day. He had to order a screen for my iPhone and this came the next day, had he had it there and then I imagine I might have even got it the same day. I was expecting a good few days to a week so was delighted with the time frame. Kev was an honest and straight up guy. He clearly knows what he is doing and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for support with pretty much any device. I know if I have any issues that I wouldn't hesitate in using him again. We had an urgent issue with an iPhone 13?s battery that had completely died. I contacted Kevin in the morning, and by 4 pm the same day he had it fully repaired and working again. Excellent, efficient service, thank you Kevin - highly recommend

Gave Kev a call this morning to ask about upgrading the WiFi chip on my little brother?s gaming PC. Not only was he happy to help, but he also suggested a more efficient and cost-effective solution that actually improved the speed and latency overall. Really appreciated the honest advice?no upselling, just what was best for the setup.

Contacted Duloch Computers as the charging port on my laptop wasn't working all the time. Kevin replied quickly and fixed the laptop within 24hours of it being dropped off at a reasonable price. Would recommend Kevin at Duloch Computers for any computer repair needs

Took my daughter?s iPad to Kevin after she dropped the device and shattered the screen. Kevin miraculously managed to replace the screen and save the iPad. Good communication and great prices! Definitely recommend!

Called about my son?s Medion Laptop which developed a problem with one of the hinges that sits between the monitor screen and the case. The plastic cover of the hinge had split right through and on trying to close slightly came off completely exposing the complete hinge and the screen on that side which became detached from the case. The monitor still worked but would have still needed repairing. I spoke to Kevin and explained the problem he was very friendly and honest and said unfortunately these laptops were not built with the best of parts and also it would be very hard to source replacements. He asked me to send photos of the fault for further investigation which I did, but his assessment was still the same. He said unfortunately the best advice he could give was to buy a new Laptop which I tended to agree. I have built PC?s for many years and I?m quite experienced in this field so I could agree with Kevin?s assessment of the fault and knew he was being honest. Kevin also suggested which manufacturer of Laptop to buy and which one?s not to which was very kind of him. I would recommend Duloch Computers to anyone wanting an good honest advise. If I have any problems in the future I know who I will be contacting. Thanks Kevin.
