I had a couple of devices that I need fixed, a laptop and an iPhone. Kev answered my initial enquiry quickly, was clear in his communication and got me in to see him the same day. We had an urgent issue with an iPhone 13’s battery that had completely died. I contacted Kevin in the morning, and by 4 pm the same day he had it fully repaired and working again. Excellent, efficient service, thank you Kevin - highly recommend
