My wife took my Silver cross that belonged to my late mum to be engraved. All it had to be engraved was the word Mum and my wife asked that it be engraved in the centre of the cross.Unfortunately it was not engraved in the centre, it is off centre which has left me very disappointed in the service we received. It was three letters and they couldn't get it in the centre!Would I use this company again, nope, never. I feel they have ruined an heirloom and I wasted £10!

We went to buy 6 Hip flasks last minute and the guys were really helpful and sorted us out. We needed them personalised which they managed to turn around In an hour and it looked better than expectedGreat service and thanks guys!

Further to your reply to my review, I totally refute that the watch was not working when it was handed to you! As advised when the watch was handed in when a Tag requires a battery the second hand counts in 4 second intervals, rather than every second, and this is how the watch was presented to you - It was working and now it's not - how this is our fault is beyond me - I have now sendng it directly to Tag to have the battery changed & repair any damage done by Dr Fix!to reply to you latest point........ I am not trying to start an argument, and you can check I've never left a bad review for any other company, and sincerely object to the fact that you call this harassment, and refuse to take any responsibility for your mistake! The simple fact is the watch was working when it was given to you and now it's not! You can report this to Google I have no problem with that!

Today we handed in a working Tag Heuer watch for a new battery, and we got back a broken watch! Dunfermline Mr Fix took no responsibility for this issue and suggested they do a complete service?.. we do t trust them so will send it away to have it repaired at our own cost!! BEWARE!! ok for new straps

Avoid this outfit at all costs.!!!! My young daughter's iPhone screen replacement was a disaster. After 6 visits to the stall over weeks the iPhone remains unfixed. Different excuses each time but clearly the phone (which was bought new and sealed) was opened up and has not worked properly since. Today my young daughter told them herself , that the phone worked fine before they had replaced the screen. The representative told her " you should have taken better care of it in the first place then ! " Dr Fix It customer service matched the technical expertise and was non-existent. These phones are expensive so consider carefully who you let interfere with them. Absolute incompetence . Go somewhere else !

Got my watch face replaced as was broken , advised a time scale of when roughly it would be fixed due to delivery times etc which was ideal , once it was ready to pick up they send a text meaning you don?t need to worry about phoning up , polite and professional at all times , will be using again
