I am really upset on thier behaviour i don't think so virgin money is a good banking system if it is they need to hire a new staff and give them proper training to deal costumerI go for at least 7 to 8 times for open a bank account every time they say to sit and wait after 1 to 1 and half hour they say we are really sorry lisa she is not here she will be in tomorrow our staff is on holidays like what that kind of behaviour if they don't have staff they need to close the branches really bad banking system in United Kingdom

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Nearly two hours on the phone and because they have not updated my details in the correct fields on their computers I could not be identified accurately. Waited 56 minutes on the phone to speak to a human then they decided to put me through to someone else. This person constantly went on to I think a teams chat for advice and then could not progress anything as all the details on their system were inaccurately stored. I asked to raise a complaint and have been put in to another wait queue with no idea of when I will speak to a human. If this is Virgins idea of customer service don?t bother investing your money in it, it has been absolutely hopeless!!!! I wouldn?t even give it one star!

In branch today can't understand why they only have one tellers position Which is not acceptable. I had to use the teller due to the nature of my business, long queue and moved very slowly. The staff in branch are good and helpful but dealing with a poor product since changing to virgin. I feel sorry for them it's not their fault. Get more teller positions in and that would help, also you should never have closed the Rosyth branch. Maybe time to change banks.

Went in today to discuss transfer of an ISA to a different bank, as I had sent a transfer request twice by mail and Virgin had failed to make the transfer or even acknowledge the request. Advertised times online and outside the bank state the bank should be open, however on my arrival today it was closed. Another event of poor service from Virgin Bank. Cheers.

Extremely poor service and long lengthy waiting time.I was second in the queue with six behind me. It took 10 minutes to enter the bank and 25 minutes to be served.When entering the bank after 10minutes only to discover 1 solitary cashier.I was paying an invoice into a Clydesdale account holder (I am not with Clydesdale myself) and the negative confusion from the cashier in the complexity of paying cash into this poor suppliers account baffled me.A manager was summoned whilst they debated the complexity of the cash deposit further delaying the queue by several minutes.Eventually we managed to resolve the issue by depositing the cash along with the pay-in slip into a Clydesdale bag and handing it to the cashier to deposit for me at a later stage.This further caused delays to the poor queue behind me.Imagine if you will, being 6th in the queue whilst they struggled with the complex issue of receiving cash for 25minutes and only having one cashier on duty.

My partner sadly passed away recently. I visited Clydesdale Dunfermline branch to close her account. The staff at Dunfermline were very helpful and dealt with me in a sympathetic and understanding way. A big thank you to all the staff at Dunfermline.
