Spent 30 minutes talking to someone just to get telephone number of Dunfermline branch, could not be done!!!

As others have said there is only one teller open and the queues are ridiculous. I was in last week and the man being served took maybe 20 minutes to complete his transaction. Two women in front of me both gave up waiting. There are other members of staff around but they don't seem to be able to help. I'm in there monthly... read full comment
