Tried trading in my xbox one through drop and go. Was told to come back in an hour after the test, fair enough i thought. Came back and was left ignored by the lady testing my xbox who was on her phone and ignoring me. After asking the other memeber of staff there he said it was done and the trade in voucher would be sent to my email. Heard nothing for 2 days, had to contact their facebook page as the shop phone number dosent connect to the shop. Only for the facebook page to tell me to go to the store to complete the payment as the order is complete. The guy at the till today then told me it had failed and that the xbox was worthless because the controller had "stick drift".Timewasters and wont be back.

Bought a 2nd hand phone over a year ago and it stopped charging so I still had my receipt. Took it back and they tried to fix it for me. It couldn't be fixed so they offered an exchange, so I bought a phone that was higher spec and just paid over the money they gave me back. Very good service. Knowledgeable staff. Recommended!!!
