Very helpful staff had to wait 45 mins for them to check my mobile phone but have to open an account to get paid.
Seems box also must be in like new to be classified A interesting!
Got a good trade in more than I expected so all good for me.

Sold a few things to CEX recently, the staff were great, they offered us decent prices for our stuff and the money was in the bank the same day.

took my sony camera here a few days ago... was told it failed on auto focus.... camera was fine... staff just didnt know how the camera works... to engage auto focus you have to tap the shutter button.... wont be back as they have no clue.... took it elsewhere and got a price match.... Staff training would be highly advantageous....

Very friendly and helpful staff. However, check the prices before you part with your cash. I was looking at a phone...later on I found the same phone (make and model) for the same price but brand new instead of grade B as the one in the store

Terrible experience, took an Apple Watch into store for a trade in, removed it from my account there and then ready to be tested. Once removed, they told me there would be a 30 minute wait. On return to store they informed me that they hadn?t started testing yet due to a password being prompted. The store could?ve called me to return to enter the password - they did not. They decided to have me come back after 30 mins only to be sent away for another 20 after very rudely telling me the issue that occurred. After the 20 mins, they informed me they had to update the watch in order to test to no fault of their own so I returned the next day
The next day I came back to be told that the watch failed their tests on the heart rate monitor which was working perfectly well when taken into store and as I got home to test it myself it still worked as it should. Therefore it looked clear to me that the staff had no idea on how to deal with the device, they seemed like deer in headlights dealing with the watch which did not give me any confidence whatsoever that they knew what they were doing

Took my old mobile phones here to exchange for cash or a voucher.
They will give you a receipt for your item or items and give you a time to return usually about an hour,while they do a test on them.
Need proof of ID, passport,driving licence, and a recent letter with name and address.
So instead of keeping your old items in a drawer take them here you might be surprised how much they are worth.

When your toddler has had you up all night, you've had 3 coffees and have only a short window to make a nervy mid-generation swap from PS5 to Xbox series X, you want things to go smoothly. Luckily the team at CeX Dunfermline had me sorted.After a short wait to get my console tested, I was served by Mark who helped me decide what to buy with the store credit I had from the PS5 and games. He was super friendly and helpful, and discussed a variety of choices that he made easy for my weary brain to understand. He helped me save some cash on the selection of consoles, and recommended an incredible headset. To say I was happy with the experience is an understatement.Being served by someone with energy, knowledge, and enthusiasm really makes the difference when you're dealing in quite a large amount of money. Mark ticked all of those boxes, and it was the best customer service I've had in a long time.Very happy with my decision, and keep up the good work!
