Just been into shop this morning what a brilliant experience off lovely staff,special mention to Sandra who definitely went beyond her duty,as I had a crutch with me she took my bags,cards from me over to the till,also helped with finding a Christmas card I couldn't see.I've always have shopped here but today was amazing. Merry Christmas ladies ????

Very disappointed. Ordered helium balloons for my wives birthday. My 11yr old daughter went to pick them up to be told they were not ready. The girl behind the counter then throw the receipt back at her. Will not be back in the Dunfermline store?????
