“Brilliant service when my car received its MOT this week especially from Ben the local branch manager, who discussed my requirements, explained costs, time scales and necessary work on my car's tyres to enable the vehicle to pass. He was very courteous, kind and professional. His invoice was very reasonable indeed and all necessary repairs were carried out promptly and to a very high standard. Ben was particularly friendly and welcoming. The same cannot be said for the mechanic who met me when I brought my car in for its MOT on Monday 8th September. He barely acknowledged me, did not smile, say hello or thank me when I handed over the keys.”
