They are all the same until they aren't. Always good coffee in a b=tier location. It's become our goto chain coffee house. Better than it should be.

The staff are nice and I would say it's any less rustic than any other cafe nero. Don't think I've ever been in when they've been using actual cups. Always seems to be paper ones for sitting in.

Nero 's have always been my main coffee house. This branch unfortunately is bringing down my expectations. The dishwasher has been down now for the past MONTH, really? Throw away cups, boxes for plates, Tables not cleaned, Christmas specialist Christmas drinks, run out of cream!!! Sad really as there is a lot of competition on the high street.

Really lovely Nero. The staff are great and accommodating and there's a welcoming atmosphere.Occasionally short staffed with no one available to clear the tables.

Staff very friendly but the tables are rarely cleaned and stacked with trays of used crockery. Floor doesn't look as if it has ever been swept. Shame really as it has a prime site on the high street.

I nip in here for a coffee quite regularly and it is definitely one of the best coffee chains imo. The staff are all incredibly friendly and chatty with the customers and get to know the regulars and the atmosphere is always relaxed.
