Absolutely disgusting so I am visiting from London, said okay let me support this charity shop and get a few bits so I went in bare in mind, im from London so I asked i bought a couple bits and then I said you know what I need to go to primark, can I leave the bag asked the colleague can he keep 2 pink tops behind the counter for me I would be back to pick it up , last week I spend 57 pounds left the stuff in the shop my aunt spend 127 today we spend 57 and 39
Then I came back spend 33 my aunt spend 50
Then bought more stuff for 15 pounds 3 pounds and my aunt spend 33 and 65 ,
Now when we got home there was 2 tips missing the same 2 pink tops now this illerate manager would come on the phone to saw maybe we lost it i live 2 mins walk away where would I go , with 6 bags , not to mention her staff I put down 2 black bags with stuff from another shop and he pick it up to run in the back , she came on the phone talking bout we can't give you a refund for 1.25 and 3.50 she rather lose 200 plus in sales for this mess up absolutely ridiculous I think they are the most stupid person I have ever spoken to and then I said to her on the phone trying to describe who I spoke to in the shop I said the short thick staff member how you can't talk about my stsff like that , what is this woman referring to I dont know his name have name tags I am not his God mother I dont know his name he was short and he was thick. Silly people

Manager beyond rude, especially to her staff. Everything is ridiculously priced. When I was walking into shop, assistant manager was stood outside smoking - not a good look. Management in this store really needs to be changed; it?s abysmal.

At Livingston Store in the Centre, we bought a wood magazine rack and asked if we could come round and pick it up later. A lady with white short hair who seems to be the staff, not a volunteer, made a fuss about it and said vety loudly 'You have to come back by 4!'. And when asked if the shop would be closing at 4, she went on about people not coming round to pick things up, as if we were the one who committed that crime. Very blunt and impolite member of staff, unlike the volunteer old lady taking our payment who was pleasant and friendly on the way through. I mean, you can have your rule in running your business but you don't need to be rude. And if she is not happy with those who did not pick up the stuff, go shout at them instead. If she can't handle a request with any manner, she'd better work in the back with the furniture. Would not go there again.
