The appointment was incredibly smooth end to end. From being approached as I walked in to discussing new specs at the end, the different parts of the appointment were all seamless, from the dreaded 'puffer test' to the retest after the eye drops. Everyone involved was friendly and professional.

The support and service from every staff member we dealt with was excellent, Due to my husbands health needs, the initial pair of glasses did not work as well as expected, a more suitable shape and fit were sourced and arrived quickly. He can now read much more comfortably.

Steph made the whole experience so much easier, she really spent the time with me to find a pair of glasses that I felt good in, I have autism and find the whole process very hard, however she totally understood that I chose my usual frame and then a completely different frame. That she recommended. I haven?t wore my usual frame since ?? she?s so good at what she does! I feel so confident in this different pair
