I was there to report fraud, which I had reported unsuccessfully online and by phone. Even though there were no customers at the bank, none of the three women helped me. She just gave me a piece of paper with a phone number to call myself, as usual. It's strange that a few years ago, they used to help people. Not every elderly person is comfortable with technology, and I have a disabled daughter and can't sit for hours on a Bank of Scotland chat. Why is there a bank building if you can't get anything done there?

Absolutely useless lot in here. Needed to prove ownership of my account for a kyc verification. Told they don't do that. Looked at like I was an alien for asking. Phoned the help line who were happy to help and resolved the issue. I dont leave negative reviews often but the people in this bank have a very condescending vibe towards customers.

Bank of Scotland is ridiculous, closing branch with good access and keeping this chorobie one in city center. Opening hours 9-4 are joke! With no car park as well! Now you need to PAY to visit your bank. For one bank in city now. You only try to make peoples cash less, nothing else, make paying cash in or out hardest as possible.

Not helpful couldn?t care less attitude. Never get told the same thing twice makeup the rules as they go along. Staff changes everyday also not trained to the same standard
