1 star for the car park. Spaces far to small for vans. Terrible experience loading plasterboard in that busy car park. Badly needs specific tradepoint spaces near front door big enough for vans.

I purchased a mixer tap on the 30th June which was offered at a promotional price. Turned out two parts were missing so I returned it on the 2nd July. I was initially offered a replacement then told none were in stock. The nearest was Hermiston gate and I was given a refund. I then found the item by simply looking on the shelves. I took it to the same team member and it was scanned at the original higher price. I showed the team member the original receipt and they told me no, I cant have it at the promo price! I decided not to take the item and left.
The team member for very curt and unhelpful. I cant really describe how I found them but in future Could U Not Try being helpful especially after if was the stores fault.
Just to clarify, the team member was going to replace the item, then said unfortunately theres none in stock. Refunded me, I found one on the shelf and then the team member tried to charge me £30 more as the item was no longer on promotion.

Went into the store and had really heavy things in my trolley, Megan the assistant in the store was more eager to help every workman at the tills but not the females. Just my observation.
Always get help and support but not yesterday.

Went in to the Dunfermline store today for some decorating supplies and paint, was served by Karen who went above and beyond to help us - so friendly and knowledgeable, also received great service from Ben on the paint desk.

Went into Dunfermline store after seeing flooring in the cumbernauld store. What a mistake that was. Although my husband is a joiner he just wanted to ask a question about it. The guy was ticketing in the flooring department so thought he would know. Wrong as much good as a chocolate fireguard. We went on to buy 11 packs and the young man at the till was amazing. Great service. B and Q if you want to know who gave the rubbish service check out who gave me my click and collect order. He wasn't nice either with this.

After finding out how much they charge for deliveries I switched to Wickes.
