Just had a delivery from wickes in Dundee. The courier company they use is awful, the driver dumped two 50l compost bag on our black bin, did not ring the doorbell, just left them there. I?ve had spine surgery recently and couldn?t move them from up there. He could have broken the bin with the weight of it, and they could have gotten stolen being visible from the street. Overall awful experience and will now be ordering from wickes again.

delevery day morning been told track broken and told only one track they have for all dundee area change to friday only choice or cancel the order. what about the me i book all the mechine and workers. wickes is a big company but the problem management is too bad. dont cover any problem maybe happen and dont care the customer.

Visited the store with 4 month baby for Bathroom design appointment. Was made to wait 20 mins for scheduled appointment. Our appointment then ran longer than the scheduled hour whilst the member of staff told us things we had already read online. Staff member then advised we looked at a few items around the store after appointment. They conviently did not think to mention that parking for longer than 2 hours results in parking fine. Learnt nothing from the visiting and just left with a ridiculous parking fine. Won't be visiting again.

Myself and my partner went into Wickes on Wednesday evening and after choosing a kitchen we liked, arranged for Jon to come out to us Friday morning to measure up our kitchen. Our home appointment was meant to be at 9.30am, this came and went and there was no word. When it got to 10.30 I called Jon's mobile and left a voicemail while my partner called the store. We were told he had mixed up the days. Absolutely shocking service, from an appointment that was arranged 2 days previously!! No apologies, no contact from Jon. We will be taking our business elsewhere because first impressions are this isn't a very reliable company,.

Just ordered a kitchen from Wickes after they were recommended to us, Ashley the designer couldn't have done more for us, when I found one large tile was missing from a pack of 6 I went back and Janet sorted it out for us a top assistant with great communication skills. Thank You.
