I?m a big fan of Waterstones? but this one has a terrible wi-fi, it?s impossible to stay connected.. A good internet connection is one of the most essential features of cafes, and unfortunately they don?t have this..

customer service is so good and they're so nice. they don't charge you for alternative milks and they gave me a glass for my can of diet coke!! i felt so special. the bookshop is really good, i was able to find basically everything i was looking for there. both the cafe and the bookshop staff are genuinely so warm and kind, love this place, and love the workers <3 10/10 would recommend :3

I like this Waterstones. The staff are really nice and knowledgable on books and recommendations. You also get a really nice coffee and for a great price at the upstairs cafe. The staff at the cafe are lovely too.

Book shop side of things - amazing. Coffee shop side - not so good. Broken toilets, and i know it is not a library but staff slamming doors is unnecessary.

It seems that the theme for Waterstone's cafes is the same. Relaxed area for snacks & drinks. Very busy when we called in, possibly short of staff?
