I am not a customer of Vision Express however experiencing trouble with my eye and my regular optician being on holiday, gave them a call. I was asked for some detail and advised to go in and they would fit me in. I was taken immediately. The specialist having looked in my eye, advised she was going to contact ophthalmology at Ninewells. I was given a letter as referral. The Vision Express staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I felt very well taken care of and treated with care and respect. Thank you.

I recently moved from Dundee overgate store to south road store the sorriest thing I?ve done. Only to arrive for a contact lens and eye exam to find the same lenses were order as they have 3 different screens set up and no eye test book in. I be been a customer for over 30 years. Staff very unprofessional.

Very poor. Got my eyes tested in July. Got prescription and bought glasses was sure something wasn?t right so went back and got a retest and prescription changed so now need to buy another set of glasses

So 15:45 went to chemist today as I have a very sore red eye causing a headache, wouldn't give me anything and said I had to go to an optician as an emergency appoint, due to the time I called this optician as open until 6.00pm asked me some questions and phoned me back just before 4.00pm, said I had to phone round other opticians and see if they could take me, or book me in for next week or go to where I last had my eye test pre pandemic...in Perth, or go to A&E, unbelievable paracetamol, cold compress it is and if any worse then A&E it is
