Came in this morning to pay a bill. Excellent customer service. The staff were so helpful. Even although they were busy, they had time to help all the customers waiting. ?
They are a credit to the TSB. Well done.

I went into the bank with my son and the staff was very helpful with my son also made sure I was okay had a lovely seat waiting on my son i have been with the tsb bank meadowside dundee for a lot of years I would recommend family and friends to go and join tsb thank you for helping my son didn't wait to long thank you much appreciated

This is the only TSB bank in Dundee, though there is a branch in Broughty Ferry, though they seem to be cutting back all over. I believe the Forfar branch is shut also, and customers have to travel to Dundee Arbroath or Perth.

Often closed when the site says it's open. Always a queue. Too many floor staff. Not enough tellers.
