Absolutely the worst customer service and as for the manager , I have no words . In for lunch , which to be fair was quite poor , my daughter opened the tomato sauce and the bottle literally exploded all over us . 4 staff and the manager at the bar and not one of them came to see if we were ok . The Trades House is a bustling city-centre pub with character and a lively mix of patrons.
