Got myself a new Fitbit strap and couldn't put it on ,took it to timpsons and they fitted the strap no problem !

I have to say that as a company they are normally great and provide a 1st class service. On my visit to Asda Milton, served by Scott I was left utterly disgusted with the lack of customer service and support. I am not going into details but I will never use that particular Timpsons ever again as long as Scott is there....
