“I made an easy and quick purchase. I wanted to get the piece of furniture today and I was going to ignore it because the delivery would take at least two days. Matthew helped me and delivered the drawers to my car with complete ease.”

“Karen very kind to me when I forgot my dogs lead , went in to buy a belt for a makeshift lead but Karen actually went to her car and got one of her dogs lead for me & said just to keep it. She’s a lovely friendly kind lady. The other lady serving me also is a lovely lady. Bought a beautiful summer dress & lots of people have complimented it. Thank you ladies. I’m from Stonehaven it I’m definitely coming back xxx”

“It's got quite good quality products but imo it's a bit expensive for a charity shop.....saying that I have to edit my review and say that I saw a beautiful tripod spotlight last week but didn't have any money. The staff were amazing!!! I asked if I could place a deposit on the spotlight but the don't do deposits ?Then I was told that I could put it aside until the following day and pay for if on collection.......I was over the moon. I had wanted a tripod spotlight for about a year. I genuinely couldn't believe my luck. The 2 members of staff were excellent but unfortunately I couldn't get back to the shop the next day to collect it . The price was unbelievable (£20!!!!!!. It's £99.99 brand new) It was in immaculate condition and I know I'll never get such a good deal as that again......but I have to give the shop 5 stars for everything⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐6 STARS IF I COULD!!!!!”

“This is one of the best charity shops in this area. The place invites you in by its spaciousness and displays. The staff are friendly and helpful. The clothes are on rails in sizes and colours. The prices are good , like it should be. After all the stuff is donated, and should not be overpriced like some of them are. I tell people about this place all the time. I never come out of there empty handed.”

“Nice shop quality goods just like new, staff friendly and a good charity to support, as like my mum who passed away in April with Myeloma, many suffer different types of cancer, and they are always researching for cures, and need equipment, so if buying and donating can help find a cure its defenatly worth while supporting the work cancer research carry out.”

“I know for a fact no dealer goes in to Shelter and gets to go through any stock , if they go in they are like any other customer and have the option to buy and item at the price on the item”

“fab wee shop, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are fab, they have a great selection of kids clothes and toys, and really cheap prices, you can afford to kit your kids out for next to nothing in there really. its fab for baby clothes. they also have a good craft secetion, and mens wear. its at a good location, as it is handy just to stop by and hand in a bag or two of your unwanted items. they have a good sized changing room. and also if you need to return something, there happy too, as long as you have your repiect. anyways its always worth a visit, next time your in reform street!!”

“Earlier this week I dropped off a couple of small bags of 'stuff'' and was delighted with the attention and smiles that the young lady who took my bags treated me to - she was a real delight with an infectiously beautiful smile - a real credit to the store - especially nowadays when there seems to be loads of 'doom and gloom' around . I left the store with 2 PDSA Polybags which will be filled over the weekend and handed in early next week for a really worthwhile cause. Signed by an animal lover - Marilyn”
