Need to keep a closer eye on the shop floor, was waiting 5 minutes for someone to come onto the shop floor to serve me at the till. Another customer had to go find a staff member in the back room.

tried paying for carpark but unfortunately there card reader was not working so drove to the machine where the very unhelpful guy wanted us to go reverse through traffic then park and then go back to ATM machine when I was almost late for my son. surely of your services aren't working u should compensate by getting ur lazy car park attendant to come help. it was £1. its the principle of holding everyone up. useless staff. merry Christmas ? drove out anyway. bathered???

Brilliant store, not just a great selection of books, so much more. I love all the craft stuff, brilliant for adults or children's crafts, and all great prices. Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful. Today they pointed out I could pick a 3rd item for only a few pence more, first class.
