I use Kingsway Tesco all the time now. Once you get used to the layout (As it was redesign a while ago) it's fine. I'm beginning to remember where things are in store.
Always clean, tidy and well stocked. And the staff are plesent and friendly.
P.S you so need to reinstate 24 hour opening.

Shocking customer service! Not just once but every time! The attitude and rudeness from staff is shocking. I never review anything but I've gone out of my way to leave this one, days later and I'm still so upset to be spoken to the way I was. I won't be back anytime soon.

Unfortunately if you purchase something and wish to return it during the stores opening hours you may have to make an extra trip the following day. Open until midnight is fine but it makes it pointless when the customer service desk closes before 21:00.
Surely being able to return a product should be an easy experience and not something that requires you to make more than one visit. The cashiers then expecting you to purchase the item you wanted to exchange is laudable as why would you purchase something when all you wanted was a simple exchange of the item, with another non faulty item.
Car parking is a joke spaces are far too small and potholes litter the roads. Then you have the number of people parking is disabled spaces without displaying a badge.

Went in late at night to get Gulab jamun dessert, lady near 23 aisle was very helpful to find it for me. Tesco Kingsway is leveling up their game with desi treats, no need to go to Asian store now.
