We travelled from Glasgow to Dundee for the weekend and visited Taza for the second time and we were definitely not disappointed. The selection of food was amazing and everything right down to the service was second to none. Even although it was very busy all the staff were very attentive and worked diligently. We will definitely be back to this hidden gem. Keep up the great work!!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Taza an all halal buffet Indian restaurant with my friends and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm and friendly service that made us feel right at home.
The buffet spread was impressive, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
I was particularly impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Each dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, the biryani was fragrant and flavorful, and the naan bread was soft and fluffy. I also appreciated that all the food was halal, giving me peace of mind knowing that it was prepared in accordance with Islamic dietary laws.
Overall, I highly recommend this all halal buffet Indian restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic dining experience. The food, service, and ambiance were all top-notch and we will definitely be returning in the future.
Kid-friendliness: I arrived with my 10 month old daughter and we were given a space for her pushchair at the end of our table, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and changing facilities were provided!

The food was brilliant. The staff were very helpful, kind and approachable. My fav was the dessert section. I had starters with mains, I also had dessert mixed in between. Everyone was free to choose what they wanted and how they wanted it.

I've been here twice and it was amazing both times! The mocktails are the best I've had hands down, and I really appreciate that the price of the drinks are reasonable and they don't fill the cup to the brim with ice so you're only getting two sips. I felt the price was very good and the quality of the food and the options were exceptional. Customer service was top notch, the owner was there working just as hard as his staff members. Love this place and will be back again and again!
Dietary restrictions: Fully halal, even the marshmallows!
Parking: Lots of space but if its before 6pm you have to pay

Thos place is awsome. Not the best curry I've had. But it was very good. Staff are friendly and chatty. Value for money was great. Will definitely be going back next time I'm in Dundee. Top marks

I absolutely adore the seating, especially when I get one by the lake. I've been there twice now, and each time has been fantastic. The waitstaff is absolutely wonderful and so friendly. I love this restaurant, they offer such a wide variety of food, from an Indian buffet to a street food buffet, and even a salad and sweet buffet! It's such a great experience sitting by the lake, I just can't get enough

We were here at Easter this year,and it didn't dissapoint,it was mobbed,excellent food and draught lager,booked again on 1/9/24 and what a difference half empty,cold starters and bottled beer(rip off),we were asked for more drinks 4 times,when glassies were awash,they even asked if I wanted to leave a tip(which I normally do)but not this time,won't be back?

My partner & I have ordered a few times from Taza with no issues. However our last order on 13/08/24 was exceptionally poor. The curries did not taste or look anything like previous orders. Both were overly salty with layer of grease on top. Lacked a balance of Indian flavours & portion significantly smaller. The meat was very dry & tough in both curries, with some inedible. The chips, pakora and naan arrived soaking from condensation and/or grease thus soggy. Tried to raise with just eat to no avail. On a positive note the delivery time was accurate. ** The restaurant did provide a new meal and the chicken makhani was considerably better (new one as described on menu with mince and what we experienced from ordering in the past) however other curries were bland, lacked flavour/ seasoning/ spice and were similar to curry base gravy/ watery. We did appreciate the restaurant attempting to rectify. Just a shame the standard seems to be down at the moment.
