Had to try the advertised "best fish and chips" in Scotland. We had haddock and cod. Both were very good and I would return, but I'm not sure they were the best I had while in Scotland. Service was good and the restaurant has great ambiance (behind the fresh seafood counter).

We just booked this restaurant, but have now cancelled our reservation as we got an email saying they don’t accept cash payments. This is a discriminatory practice that I am not enough of a sheep to accept.

We were a party of ten people went to eat there. The two female staff members who served us were extremely rude. We felt unwelcome. We didn’t do nothing which could have made them uncomfortable. The male staff member was very polite and friendly. But both female staff members were rude and disrespectful.
