Some staff here are so rude. This lady with who worked here pushed past me and stood right in front of me (not doing shelf?s) she was rude i thought about shoving my items and going to boots instead

Rude staff member on the tills. When I was paying, I had picked up one of the mina products which was on a sale for £3 and I didn't think much off it. At till, there was no bar code on it (which I hadn't realized). The man on the tills then radios someone to find a copy of my product and doesn't speak to me about what's happening. Doesn't smile or apologise and when it's found that the product I picked up was apparently a tester (no tester sticker on it and it was all clean), he immediately puts it down behind himself and doesn't tell me to my face that it was a tester, I only know cause the woman on the till next to him had told him and I overheard. Doesn't offer me a new products or anything and immediately rings me up on the card machine. Very poor customer service.

Went in to try the £8 atomiser thing where you can fill it with any perfume as I'm on the hunt for a new one. Told the woman behind the desk I was after something floral and sweet as I'd never usually wear that kind of perfume and she couldn't of been more rude. Said she didn't wanna spend her time going through all the perfumes? It's literally her job? There was so much hostility from her I ended up going for the 2nd one I tried and now that I'm home and smelling it properly, it's nothing like what id asked for and a total waste of money.
