Came in about 3 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon looking for a 6 inch sub. A staff member was stood behind the counter, no idea what he was doing, didn't say a word to me for a full 2 minutes. The shop was empty. After a while, a lady dressed in normal clothes came out and told me that I can only have a wrap or salad box as the bread is only for online orders. A sandwich shop that refuses to serve customers a sandwich and favours online orders than a customer in their shop.

The staff was very quick in service . It took me just 5 minutes from ordering my sandwich to the paying part . Would definitely visit again .

My Wife went in for a meal on Tuesday 23rd April 2024. I went in later to join her on entering I sat down for a while as I am disabled. While wondering what I was going to have, a person was smoking in front of the open doorway resulting in the smoke entering the premises. I asked the person to move away. They instead declined and continued smoking and saying the door could be closed. I asked a member of staff if this person was an employee and they said they were. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they were the assistant manager. I then said this is not acceptable to allow an employee to smoke at an open doorway. They then informed me that it was the manager smoking at an open doorway. I was also told I had no right to sit there as I had not bought anything. That's fair enough if that was my intention. But I had intended to buy something after sitting for a short while. Due to my disability I cannot just get out of my mobility scooter and immediately join a queue. However due to the interaction between a number of unpleasant and rude staff, I decided to leave and forget about any meal or drink. Due to this issue I will not be back at this outlet. I also have an issue with a blatant disregard of Scottish anti smoking laws, which clearly states smoking at the entrance of a building is not allowed. In the case of the infringement, the manager was actually standing of the street and at the threshold of the premises.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair access

I visited the broughty ferry subway on 11th of April and I was politely greated by conner and keegan hope I'm spelling him name right. They were happy and very friendly. Helpfully and humanly. Very warm and the atmosphere was such a brilliant vibe. Absolutely chuffed with my trip there tonight. Often its nothing to write home about staff are fine but nothing like today. These boys deserve to be appreciated in the business so hopefully management will see this and thank the boys for being excellent employees!

Sub was fine, but the service was so slow, even though not overly busy.And the girl who served me didn't have her shoulder length hair tied up, would have thought it should have been.

I used to really like this store, but recently the quality and standard of service has gone right down. Subs aren't made with the same care and consideration, and items being forgotten from orders have become common practice now. Shame, used to be my go to subway in the area.

Last time I was here in Feb 2020 I was really impressed. Two years, two months later nothing's changed. Staff member very nice and the premises is spotlessly clean. Food and coffee excellent.Thanks Subway ??

Haha, here?s me the local London bloke coming here to visit! End up finding myself in a sandwich shop nowhere near the subway! Or what the locals call the train station!
