Ordered on Just eat. Ordered arrived on time. But order was wrong. Nothing had onions on it. Only to be told when I called they had none, where was the call??. My salad had lettuce, ham, peppers, jalapenos, cheese and BBQ sauce. When I asked for lettuce, ham, bacon, cheese, peppers,onions, pickles and sweet onion sauce and an extra dip. Didn't get the extra dip either.
Called and got no where. Three way conversation with whoever was in the background. Assuming it was a manager who didn't want to take the call. I had to come in store to sort anything. But I paid for delivery. Sort it out on the phone. All I wanted was for someone to delivery my correct order that I paid for. No apology either. Avoid .

I rocked in at 7.29ish yesterday as I just came from Edinburgh and hadn't eaten in while, I knew I was pushing my luck with it due to close but two lads sorted my out and didn't complain and were genuine and empathetic, top blokes tbf

I ordered a bombay sandwich at subway Kingsway west today(13/08/24) at 10 am, the man that serving me was rude and seem not happy doing his job. Unpleasant communication, not greeting the customer with smile. Very poor costumer service.

Full order wrong/missing items when delivered, went to shop to complain girl on till very rude saying order was send out as it was ordered which was incorrect. Bread was hard and stale. Juice missing from order. Didn?t care to help just said put refund with just eat.

Ordered online and was sent my order but deconstructed and on the wrong bread which I'm allegic to and the wrong sauce which I'm also allergic too. Don't order from here If you have allergen problems cause they might just end up killing you
