MoT & Service carried out speedily and efficiently. Took car in early and received a phone call just after lunch to advise it was ready to collect. This allowed us to drive the 35 miles to collect it while traffic was light. Good considerate service.27-2-2024 updateMy sincere thanks to Struans Autocentre and Barry in particular for managing to fit me in for my annual MoT and service after I totally forgot the date of my MoT. We had been using Struans for almost 20 years but this beat them all. Struans may have lost a franchise, BUT THEY CERTAINLY HAVE NOT LOST THE ABILITY TO DELIVER SERVICE AND SATISFY CUSTOMERS. Ordered a new Hilux from them which never seemed to arrive when they expected and the original salesman was rather uncommunicative/responsive to my actions or requests. Made a few visits to the show room as phone/emails didnt get responses. From then on, I started dealing with Scott Henderson, who took the time to deal with everything very professionally and was always very helpful and communicated well. He turned a rather sour experience into a positive one (they/he'd have had a 5 start review if I'd dealt with him the entire time). The wait for my truck was way too long, which wasn't their fault, but now it's here I've gotten over it!

Not helpful and I assume that the sales person was not ready to sell a car to me he politely replied no cars available and asked me to look the cars which are outside or look online but not willing to help me in getting a car. ( I just felt that he politely asked me to go out of showroom ).I was looking for a automatic car to buy and visited Toyota Dundee - someone from sales attended - I asked him if any plugins/automatic cars available for sale, he just went near a system and came back and said as none available, when I came back and checked online Auirs & C-Hr are available.

I have been trying to get my Bluetooth fixed for the last 4 months we are going in circles and my car Bluetooth that i bought from them still doesn?t workI couldn?t respond to the feedback just so you know i have an iPhone 13 up to date that keep disconnecting and also a family member phone that is an android phone ?honor? also keep having the same issue I really hope you take this more seriously and i am looking to hear back from your team.

Extremely helpful, dealt with Barnett's before and was sceptical as their salesmen lied about everything. But I met Graham at Struans who arranged a test drive, explained everything about the car. After deciding to purchase it he went over every document explaining them in detail. Gave me his s card to contact him if any problems. So I would recommend dealing with Struans, also Toyota's interest rate was lower than any other manufacturer at the time I purchased my car. As for the premises, plenty of parking spaces, good selection of vehicles and each member of staff was friendlier than the next. Free drinks, disability friendly and toilets for customers.
