Came in to get a coffee and sit for a bit going through emails and do some admin work on my 2-hour lunch break. Got an hour into sitting in the cafe until I was asked by staff to sit next to a stranger or move, because other people needed my table more if I am just "studying". I appreciate they may have an epidemic of students coming and overstaying their welcome, but after paying £6.50 for a coffee, and not being a student, I'd like to enjoy the free wifi and have a working lunch. If you don't want people overstaying their welcome, advertise this and have a sign saying maximum stay 1 hour. Otherwise, it is first come first serve to all paying customers.

All Starbucks coffee shops are the same, right? No, the staff in this store are top class and it's no exaggeration for me to say it's the best service I've ever had in any retail outlet. I use this store a lot and I have never been disappointed by the service. Since it's recent refurbishment it's now bigger and better and the atmosphere is great. A great place to spend your lunch hour.
