Starbuck's really is awful. Over roasted coffee, overpriced and desolate cakes, and the ambience of a hospital waiting room. But the people here ministering to my caffeine needs were truly lovely, despite it all.

So today in Starbucks Kingsway Dundee I believe they have reached new lows. Staff appear to be completely oblivious that every single table is filthy and loaded with dirty cups and plates. Customers have now taken to placing on seats and the floor.
How this place has a licence is quite beyond me.
Manager wandering about like nothing is amiss.

Toilets are poorly serviced lacking essential products in them, these have ran out & not replenished. Not good at all. ?

Walked in got ignored think they served about 2 people in the drive thru the who time I was there. about 5 or 6 people working in the shop not one of them acknowledged I was there I was starting to think I was wearing an invisible cloak.

Wanted a quick stop to grab a coffee on a long journey. Waited 10min with only one customer in front of me. Still didn't get served so left. Didn't have the time to spare.
