I've experienced exceptional service today. Everyone in the branch was lovely and helpful. I was a 10 minutes late but it wasn't an issue. The eye test was thorough and provided with explanation to all my questions and Stiophan truly stands out with how helpful and knowledgeable he is about frames offer and lenses treatments.

Being a certain age, clearly the staff didn't want to serve me or bother with me. The actual test was good, but I walked out rather than continue to wait and wait and wait till they could pull themselves away from more interesting customers. Will take my prescription elsewhere as the service was non-existent and management clearly absent or failed.

We came to Scotland for the weekend and forgot to pack our son?s contact lenses. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and were able to give us some lenses to get us through the weekend. Thank you.

THIS IS SUSAN PARFITT IM GETTING ON REALLY WELL WITH BOTH SETS OF MY NEW GLASSES, THE BLUE PAIR I CAN SEE MY MOBILE BETTER WITH THEM, AND THE PINK PAIR, I CAN SEE THE TV BETTER, I GOT THE RESULT FOR MY HEAD SCAN AND IT LOOKS LIKE THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE NERVE TISSUES IN MY HEAD, IVE STILL GOT THE PAIN SO MY DOCTOR HAS SENT A REFEREL TO THE HOSPITAL FOR ME TO SEE A NEUROLOGIST ABOUT THIS, IM JUST WAITING TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS, BUT THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP WITH MY EYE TEST AND GETTING MY NEW GLASSES.
