Really happy with the service at Sofology, bought our original Sofa from there 8 years ago and we were looking for a replacement. We were greeted by Zee who was very helpful and patient with the various questions we had, Zee even went out his way to map out our living room on paper with the sizes to let us have a better visual on what sofa option would be best, along with advice on what he would recommend for our room size, which was much appreciated. After sleeping on it for a few days, we came back and we were greeted by Cameron who again was super helpful, he processed our sofa order, explained thoroughly the lead time on the sofa and how the process works. Both Zee and Cameron were really friendly and made us feel welcome, thank you both again for all your help ??

Very satisfied 3 months after delivery. Nice showroom, good service from Derek, manufactured and delivered in the Uk in 5 weeks, good quality and very comfortable.
- Picked Sofology after sampling some of the other mid-range competitors (JL, M&S, Next, DFS) and getting mixed reviews on quality.
- A nice light showroom in Dundee with a good range of sofas. Staff were helpful and respectful while browsing, they likely don?t work for a commission as they were not pushy or pressuring for a sale. This was very pleasant.
- Derek helped us when we were happy with a sofa. Clearly been working there for a long time and his insight and guidance was helpful (and three months in - accurate).
- Two sofas ordered, manufactured in the UK and delivered/assembled to the room within five weeks, it was an easy process with online delivery updates and ability to schedule a delivery day
- Sofas are very comfortable and good quality, we have had no quality issues with the fabric or frames.
- The ?sofa care kit? which was initially ordered but out of stock never came in the post. When I went back into the showroom today Derek simply gave me a sofa care kit from their own stock - no quibble.
Overall, my family is very pleased with the entire experience - I would recommend them. Thank you to the team.

This place is a shambles. Paid over £3,400 for a sofa and the delivery was a shambles. The store over promised and the delivery was more than stressful. The second order they messed up by ordering the wrong item and after 18 emails I finally got a response. Customer service are as bad as the store - as much use as a chocolate tea pot.I would avoid this place!

I can see another customer had the same issue I've had,spent over £3000 on a suite and 5 year cover.which i purchased about 2 1/2 years ago.one of the chairs are declining at one side and we phoned to be advised that this is not covered outside the two warranty sofology gives you.My wife was advised to not sit on the same chair all the time but to rotatate to other chairs to stop this from happening.I understand if this was coming to the end of my 5 year warranty but for only 2 1/2 years,I think the workmanship of this sofa is not up to scratch.When spending that amount of money you don't expect this sort of customer service.im a firm believer you pay more for a better quality of furnature,boy was I mistaken

When visiting this store we were welcomed straight away by derek, who then proceeded to help us and talk us through everything, we ended visiting 3 times and every time he was there and was so patient with us! Unfortunately due to personal reason we couldn?t get the sofa we wanted but that didn?t stop us from leaving without a smile on our faces, derek is such a kind funny and lovely man that even though we were upset he still made us look on the bright side! We will definitely be back in the future!

We bought a sofa from Sofology during the Christmas period, we entered their competition and won the price of our sofa back !! The sofa was duly delivered on the date they said it would be, the two delivery guys were absolutely brilliant and couldn?t be more helpful as were the Dundee store staff , our new sofas are absolutely fantastic.
