This place is a shambles. Paid over £3,400 for a sofa and the delivery was a shambles. The store over promised and the delivery was more than stressful. The second order they messed up by ordering the wrong item and after 18 emails I finally got a response. Customer service are as bad as the store - as much use as a chocolate tea pot.I would avoid this place!

I can see another customer had the same issue I've had,spent over £3000 on a suite and 5 year cover.which i purchased about 2 1/2 years ago.one of the chairs are declining at one side and we phoned to be advised that this is not covered outside the two warranty sofology gives you.My wife was advised to not sit on the same chair all the time but to rotatate to other chairs to stop this from happening.I understand if this was coming to the end of my 5 year warranty but for only 2 1/2 years,I think the workmanship of this sofa is not up to scratch.When spending that amount of money you don't expect this sort of customer service.im a firm believer you pay more for a better quality of furnature,boy was I mistaken

Very helpful staff, beds in two floors but there is a customer lift. Reasonable bed prices.? Very expensive delivery price ?

When visiting this store we were welcomed straight away by derek, who then proceeded to help us and talk us through everything, we ended visiting 3 times and every time he was there and was so patient with us! Unfortunately due to personal reason we couldn?t get the sofa we wanted but that didn?t stop us from leaving without a smile on our faces, derek is such a kind funny and lovely man that even though we were upset he still made us look on the bright side! We will definitely be back in the future!

Good range of sofas, reasonable prices and pleasant sales staff. Visited with my grandson, the carpark wasn't very busy, the three child and parent bays were taken by employees cars, one of them a taxi..

The sale went through smoothly for our recliner and chair with Donna who is an excellent sales person, the problem came after sales i.e. deliveries! Were told recliner and settee had arrived and would be contacted with a date .. never heard for ten days, so ended going up to see Donna and it was only chair that was getting delivered? Next problem came Sunday past when settee was delivered with no seating????? No foam ( we were never informed of this) with hindsight I should have rejected delivery and sent it packing! But I didn?t! Stupidly I thought the foam would arrive soon after delivery! Now we are being told it could be a standard delivery time of 12 weeks???????? Waiting on them getting back .. but can?t get a hold of them after several phone calls already and emails!!!! Never again.. .. will never use them again and telling my friends to stay clear! WHO IN THEIR RUGHT MINDS WOULD PUT A SETTEE OUT FOR DELIVERY WITHOUT SEATING???????? BEGGARS BELIEF

Sofa has been delivered incomplete (seat cushion missing) and have had no contact since. Each call we have made has been dealt with poorly and only after the 3rd call did they actually confirm that the part has been ordered. They claimed initially that this would be resolved within 72 hours but it seems like they were stalling to get out with the 14 day period. If this isn?t resolved we will be rejecting the sofa. Terrible customer service and awful call handling . This is even ignoring the fact we waited 17 weeks instead of 7.

Not impressed with the sales assistant who we spoke with on entering the store. We told her what we were looking for and she pointed to the stairs and said go and look upstairs..... don't worry I'm not going to chase after you! With an attitude like hers needless to say we left the store and bought elsewhere.

Save yourself the stress, heartache and dissapointment. Buy from anywhere but sofology. If you do buy from them pray nothing goes wrong on delivery or quality as customer service is non existent, you would think their making an effort to be so poor at it. Seriously recommend to avoid

Just had my sofa delivered by a very angry delivery man who moaned the entire time, said over and over again it wasn't getting in the house - yet it's in here now. While he was here he took a phone call and called the delivery "a joke" while I was in the same room. Then he stormed out saying not to bother paying him when I challenged him on it.Called up Sofology and they take no responsibility because the courier is third-party. I also told them my sofa wasn't covered in any kind of plastic protective sheeting and was told I should have requested this. Then she shut the conversation down. She said she'd pass it on but she didn't ask for my name.
