What's not to love about Slaters? I was late in discovering them, but I'm now hooked. But where they've excelled is that recently I had an issue with an item I bought some months ago and contacted them for advice. Safe to say their customer service was second to none! Had an immediate response and dealt with to the highest of customer care. This is the mark of a good business. Big thank you to David, the store manager at Dundee.

Good quality suits at a reasonable price. I picked up a three piece for £165. They also did alterations on the trousers.Good customer service from the staff, also very helpful.

I went to slaters in Dundee to buy a completely new outfit for my father's funeral. The staff, especially James and Marie were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me to pick the right items and put my mind at rest. The whole experience was fantastic. The store also has a great selection of products to choose from and everything is very good quality.spoilt for choice. I would thoroughly recommend slaters to anyone looking for a satisfying shopping experience 10 out of 10

Always 1st class service and pricing here, lovely to see and experience traditional retail compared to this recent fast paced environments. Tailoring also offered on purchased garments which is a great service.

I was looking for a suit and I've bought in Slaters (Edinburgh) before so while driving through Dundee I remembered that there was a Slaters in the High Street. I parked in the multi-story in Gellatly Street (very reasonable pricing), but remember, it's within the new LEZ, I'm not sure if Dundee Council are fining drivers yet but better to check that your vehicle is allowed. I approached the assistant who went above and beyond to help, I explained what I was looking for, and without a lie, the first suit she picked was the correct colour, and it fitted perfectly! This suit was originally priced at £175 but was now £135, absolute bargain. I was looking for a large, long white shirt and black shoes size 14, but unfortunately, they didn't have any in stock. Many thanks to the assistant. Sorry I didn't get your name, but you were working on 10/12/2023 at about 12ish. Well done, you are very professional.

Helpful staff, and good prices for kilt socks £18 + flashes £11. Cheaper than the other kilt shops nearby.
