Shop well laid out and very bright and welcoming. Looked around first then was approach by member of staff, got what we wanted, manager very polite and offered us a coffee whilst we pondered over which table and chairs we wanted. In the end we chose the Melbourne table and 6 chairs in grey to match our room.Transaction very smooth and payment went through without a hitch, finance was available but we chose not to!All in all good day, good choice and good staff and manager.Thank you SCS

Worst service ever!Waited nearly 6 months for a foot stool.Yes that?s right only a foot stool.2 delivered wrongly.3rd one finally arrived in tact and correct.And when I ask for the £40 balance to be wavered as a gesture of good will for many other issues throughout this sale, I?m threatened with the order being cancelled if I don?t pay.Manager is conveniently never in.And if you are lucky enough to catch site, he will do anything to avoid talking to you.If the guy that sold you the item is not in that day, you?ll definitely have to go back as no one takes responsibility for anything they all wash there hands of it.And don?t expect to get through on the phone, or for anyone to call you back on the messaging service. Even the staff joked it?s useless!On finally picking up the correct foot stool I?m told well you?ve got the right one now so let?s just forget about all this! REALLY!!

Ordered a setee i liked, kept getting different emails from them about an estimated delivery date and an actual delivery date to the point where i had to go in to the shop and ask about it, the dundee kingsway store is excellent for customer service and staff, but as for there head office its useless.

The chair I ordered arrived. All was well until I tried to plug it in. They sent the wrong connector and now I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for another one. Not very efficient.

I will never be back at SCS, after two so called automated text giving us a delivery date ,we received our order on the third date after telling scs we are cancelling our order ,4 months it took to get our order , I must say the delivery men were great
