What can I say, absolute star at the branch Andrea had the patience of a saint! Had a plumbing issue and she was more than accommodating to get my issue resolved. I have been coming here for a while and I always get what?s needed; decent pricing and great staff. Shout out to Ian also, nothing too much and will see you get what you need. Brilliant attitudes in store and again a well deserved thank you!

Easy to order, either online or in store. Staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Sometimes, going into shops like that, as a woman, it's possible to feel intimidated however this was not the case here. I am comfortable to go back anytime.

Purchased an item from ScrewFix for my mother who is 84. Later the next day she decided to pick up herself. After her visit, she informed me that the customer service was impeccable, above and beyond. Engaging in conversation that made her fell at ease in an unusual environment. Worst branch I've visited of the many I've used. Staff don't have any idea if the products they're selling, and when asked just shrug their shoulders. The days of receiving good advice from knowledgeable staff seems to be long gone
