Called into the branch today to upgrade our 123 account to the edge up account which we had trouble trying to access online. Erin at the reception desk was able to do this for us very easily, she was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable & would like to let her know how much it was appreciated.

Great branch and was in a couple days ago and had fantastic service. Spoke to a number of people over the years and always had great service. The last person I had an appointment with around a year ago to open a current account and renew my home insurance was someone called Chris usher. He was brilliant and a credit to the company. All the other staff are amazing as well.
