Been there for years and years and always regularly shop here both in store and online from here. Most staff are friendly and have a good attitude. The store is decently stocked and can match some Aldi prices too. They have some clothing and home goods. And a Argos and a Starbucks coffee shop too which is nice to have.

Was in Sainsbury's tonight 05,09,25 and I find the staff working tonight were all rude, working in this sort of job means you need to have people skills, these staff members did not, there is nothing welcoming about this store, and to the ladie working on self serve who proceded to move my pram with my infant child in it, how dare you think that was acceptable, all you needed to say was excuse me. Think you all need a lesson in manners and to never think it's OK to touch or move a mothers pram. So so rude.

Lost part of my shopping today through my own fault called customer services spoke to a guy called Paul who couldn't have been more helpful. He located my lost item called me back really went out of his way to help .Genuine good member of staff to have on your team .
