Arrived looking for running trainers. Unfortunately stood for around 5 to 10 minutes looking for a staff member to help get a size. However none were available as all were attending to those who had booked an appointment. I was unaware this was a requirement and would have been nice to at least be advised by someone that this is the procedure. Will be looking someplace else for trainers.

Had an excellent experience with Morag who really helped me get the right running shoes after I had a bad experience with others I had been recommended. She went above and beyond I'm sure we nearly tried on every pair of shoes in the shop until we got the right ones. Her empathy for my situation I was incredible. We had great banter also. She is a total asset to the team and has solidified my return to run4it Dundee in the future.

Truly excellent service from a knowledgeable rep, who gave me all the time in the world to select the best shoes for me.
Since then my niggles have disappeared in the rear view mirror. Couldn?t recommend these guys highly enough.

Great customer services as a beginner to running I had my gait analysis done today and had the option to try multiple different shoes. I walked out with a shoe I was confident in and would definitely be coming back for anything else.

Just had my gait analysis done today by Hannah at Dundee, I found it so much more helpful than my last analysis done at a different shop. She really went into detail about everything and helped me find the right shoes for marathon training. Highly recommend!

Bought New balance road running shoes back on July, and more recently Hoka trail runners.
Excellent service both times.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Everyone should go along to their 5k Tentsmuir runs on the first Friday of each month. Great friendly events. A great motivation through the dark winter months especially.

First time at Run4it and first time buying running trainers. I was actually nervous about my appointment and using the treadmill in front of people - I?ve only been running 6 months and not very confident yet. I can?t remember the woman?s name who I dealt with this morning, but she was fantastic! Went over the way I run and showed me how my feet land, explaining everything to me. I found it really interesting. The assistant was so knowledgeable and took her time with me while I picked trainers, explaining each pair to me. Will only be buying from Run4it in future. Very positive experience.
