Customer Service Advisors think the money you are due for loans is theirs personally. Harsh and blunt communication with no empathy or understanding. Happy to give out money to people that really shouldn't have been and when they sink, it's somehow their fault?

Waiting so far for over 20 minutes for a teller. There are still 7 people in front of me to be seen. The service in this branch is not acceptable. More staff need to be employed as there are only 2 tellers on.

Still living in the dark ages. Went with buggy and front entrance has steps only which is not ideal with a buggy with new born. There is no signs or person at the door to suggest ?disabled access? around the side. When I went to this location it had even more steps with a pull down electric disabled ramp. No instructions or staff to guide on how to use this. Really unpractical and embarrassing for being the main RBS bank in Dundee. Assumed this was a family friendly bank.

Went into the branch to help open a new account (I suffer from seizures which makes it difficult to understand online forums/applications and the staff memebee told me I have to do it online and they dont do it on the bank. Seriously why have staff employed if they wont help in the branch and just reply go online. Seriously royal bank your customer service sucks. Might aswell close the branch if your staff just tell people to do everything online. So unprofessional.

Saturday. It's busy and one teller. There was 2 mementos of staff at the front door asking why I was there. Machine would accept my money so had to wait a long time before getting served by the 1 teller they have on duty. Looking to move my account to.another bank.

Staff are rude. long queues for cash. Oy one teller. Yet three people accost you at the door asking why you are in the bank. Surely at least two of them could be serving customers. Privacy is a human right which is being violated. They attempt to force use of ATMs. And cashless on a Saturday!!! Definitely very poor customer care.

Staff friendly, you can take loose change in (if RBS customer) to be added to your account via coin deposit machine or at the ATM

Ok,sometimes there is a long queue,but I have only found staff courteous and polite.Considering it?s the only RBS in the centre of town it will always be busy.Another branch in town would relieve some of the pressures on this one
